Our service started in order to meet an increasing demand among families to expose their children to foreign language and culture.
Who we are NOT?
We are not an agency. We do not interview job candidates. It is an employer's responsibility to verify accuracy of any of the information provided on our website and to check candidate's eligibility to work in employer's country or state. Suggestions provided on this website are for informational purposes only. Although using our service does not exclude using placement agencies, it is good to know differences.
First, we are cheaper. By using our service you are saving thousands of dollars, pounds or euros. Second, we have hundreds of candidates. Third , we are faster - and time is important for you and your child. With us, you will usually have candidates calling you within minutes after placing your offer. You can pre-interview them over the phone (you can use our Nanny Interview Questionnaire) and invite the best one(s) for the final, face-to-face interview. You may have your Nanny chosen even within days. Fourth, with us the recruitment process is less time consuming - you will go straight to the point of asking direct questions to the candidates.
We believe you probably know best who to choose for a nanny. Use your judgment, intuition, use our Family Tools. Always check references of final candidates (if you require references) and have control over the process. Save thousands of dollars. And importantly - have fun!

Although you do not pay them any fee, the candidates do. And what they pay to these agencies is equivalent of one or two week salary for getting a job. That is really a lot for a low-income nanny. If that was not enough, the agencies usually requires a "deposit" from a candidate before even any recruitment starts.
At MyEuroNanny.com we do not charge nannies anything at all. That is why we have so many so good candidates. We simply know they are usually in difficult financial situation.
